We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details:
Summary of Responsibilities:
• Act as the contact for International clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Coordinate and execute the planning and delivery of wedding experiences, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation arrangements, and other services.
• Collaborate with various departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Create and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and handle financial transactions.
• Prepare event proposals, contracts, and other related documents.
• Provide on-site event supervision and support.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events.
Requirements:
• Only for Indonesian Citizen
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
• Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
