1. Responsible to drive / contribute to global projects and bring Technical expertise in Core banking to all CIB regions.

2. Define the deliverables and work plan.

3. Prepare Team dashboards.

4. Build a strong Technical team which will provide services globally.

5. Define KPI’s for the all teams to measure Productivity, Quality, Risk and Capacity.

6. Adherence of policies and procedure as mandated by the organization
