Your role at Hostinger

Websites Copywriter in the Websites team. As part of Hostinger's Websites team, you'll be responsible for writing a high-converting copy for landing pages. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with CRO specialists, designers, and developers and marketing teams. As a Websites Copywriter, you won’t just write and copy - you will drive measurable business impact. This is a role for someone who makes decisions based on research and data, loves to move fast, and is energized by testing, iterating, and continuously improving things.

Your day-to-day:
• Write original, high-converting copy for landing pages.
• Create copy variations for A/B experiments.
• Collaborate closely with CRO specialists, designers, and developers to ship high converting copy quickly.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to decide what kind of copy would convert or impact users mostly.
• Align landing page messaging with paid traffic campaigns and acquisition funnels.
• Continuously refine value propositions: monitor competitor messaging and industry trends to keep positioning sharp.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.

Your skills and experience:
• 3+ years of experience writing website and landing page copy with a proven track record of performance impact.
• Fluent or native-level English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of CRO principles: user intent, friction, value proposition, user Biases, trust-building.
• Data-driven mindset - you use insights, not opinions, to guide decisions.
• Experience writing copy for A/B tests.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with designers, developers, and performance teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in SaaS and/or subscription-based digital products is a plus.
• Bonus points if you have a basic understanding of SEO and experience working closely with performance marketing teams (paid traffic, funnels, acquisition).

Compensation:
• Gross compensation starting from 2900 EUR, with the final offer based on work experience, competencies, and alignment with other job requirements
