Job Description
At Neostella, our mission is simple: empower legal teams to work smarter, faster, and more reliably. We deliver advanced technology solutions and satellite team support that streamline operations, boost efficiency, and transform the way firms and corporate legal departments work day to day. We’re relentlessly customer-centric. Everything we do is in service of making our clients’ work easier and helping them deliver better experiences to their clients. We’re also a true team: supportive, scrappy, and always in it together. We believe in showing up for one another, rolling up our sleeves, and celebrating the wins. It’s who we are, and it’s how we help our customers succeed. Neostella is in hyper-growth mode, leveraging cutting-edge technology to solve real challenges for our clients. And we’re looking for driven, people-first professionals to help us scale with purpose and heart. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Website Specialist to join our team!
Why this role matters right now:
Neostella is growing fast—our brand footprint, product offerings, events, and go-to-market efforts are all scaling in parallel. Our website and digital platforms are critical touch points for prospects, customers, and partners, and they need to evolve just as quickly as the business.
This role exists because we need a dedicated owner for our website experience—someone who can ensure our website is stable, performant, on-brand, and optimized for growth, while also supporting the broader marketing content that drives demand and engagement.
What you’ll manage:
You’ll own and operate Neostella’s website and supporting digital platforms, serving as the bridge between marketing strategy, content, design, and technical execution.
This includes managing our WordPress site using Gutenberg blocks, creating new Gutenberg blocks within the existing theme, building and maintaining pages for solutions, events, and campaigns, and ensuring site performance, security, and reliability through WPEngine.
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who is equal parts technical and collaborative—comfortable owning systems end to end, translating briefs into polished digital experiences, and using data to continuously improve performance. If you enjoy being the go-to person for digital execution and optimization, you’ll thrive here. Curious what your day would look like as a Website Specialist? Check out the details below!
