Website SEO & CRO Manager

Berry Law is seeking a Website SEO & CRO Manager to lead organic growth and conversion performance across our digital properties.

This role owns technical SEO, domain authority, and conversion rate optimization—ensuring our websites capture demand efficiently and convert traffic at the highest possible yield. You will command agency partners, execute domain consolidation initiatives, and run structured A/B testing programs to drive measurable growth.

What You’ll Do

· Lead technical and on-page SEO strategy across priority markets

· Manage domain consolidation and redirect strategy

· Oversee site health, indexing, and structured data implementation

· Design and execute A/B testing to improve conversion rates

· Partner with paid media and analytics teams to align performance

· Monitor competitor search visibility and adjust strategy accordingly

What We’re Looking For

· 5+ years of experience in SEO, CRO, or website performance roles

· Proven success improving organic traffic and on-site conversions

· Strong understanding of technical SEO and site architecture

· Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console

· Comfortable managing agencies and technical vendors
