We are looking for a Website Manager / Marketing Analyst (m/f/d) to join our mission at EGYM Wellpass and play a key role in the performance of our main acquisition channel: our website.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our digital strategy, driving the evolution of the site, optimizing conversion, and coordinating internal and external teams to maximize lead generation internationally.

Project Management & Coordination• Website projects: Manage website updates from start to finish (prioritization, coordination, delivery).
• Cross-functional coordination: Serve as the main point of contact between Marketing, Product, Content teams, and external partners.
• Prioritization: Structure and arbitrate requests based on business impact.
Website Maintenance & Performance• Continuous maintenance: Ensure content, pages, and optimizations are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
• Agency collaboration: Manage and challenge external agencies to ensure performance goals are met.
CRO & Optimization• Conversion rate optimization: Improve visitor → lead conversion rates.
• Data analysis: Leverage analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.) to understand user behavior.
• Test & Learn: Implement A/B tests and foster a continuous improvement mindset.
Tools, Collaboration & Business Impact• Performance monitoring: Track key KPIs related to lead generation and website performance.
• International vision: Contribute to the performance of websites across multiple markets (France, Belgium, Germany…).
• Continuous improvement: Suggest optimizations based on data and team feedback.
Your fitness level:
• Education & expertise: Degree in Marketing, Digital, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in web, growth, or digital marketing.
• Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills.
• Project management: Structured, autonomous, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• CRO & performance: Strong interest in conversion optimization and continuous improvement.
• Business sense: Understands acquisition and lead generation challenges.
• Collaboration: Comfortable in cross-functional environments and aligning multiple stakeholders.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English (international scope).
Your training goal for your first 6 months:
• Product & market onboarding: Master Wellpass offerings and associated business objectives.
• Tool mastery: Get up to speed with analytics and monitoring tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar…).
• Structuring: Organize priorities and streamline internal request management.
• Performance: Significantly improve conversion rates (~5% target).
• Delivery: Ensure smooth project execution recognized by internal teams.
• Impact: Position the website as a strategic international lead-generation channel.
