Job Description

Influence Society est une agence leader dans le domaine du marketing digital et de la technologie pour les marques d'hôtellerie haut de gamme. L'agence fournit des solutions marketing innovantes aux plus grands groupes hôteliers et de restauration du monde. Influence Society offre une gamme spécifique de services, notamment :

• Conception et développement de sites web

• Conseil en IA 

• Création de contenu

• Acquisition de clients et CRO

• Publicité et analyse des réseaux sociaux 

• SEO, SEM &AMP; SEA

Influence Society travaille avec un portefeuille exclusif de marques d'hôtellerie de luxe. L'entreprise dispose d'une équipe composée d'anciens hôteliers, d'experts technos qualifiés, de spécialistes du marketing et de designers primés. Le siège de la société se trouve à Paris, en France, et elle possède des bureaux à New York, Genève, Miami et Londres.

• Client Liaison:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding website maintenance and updates.
• Understand and gather client requirements, translating them into clear, actionable tasks for the development team.

• Project Management:

• Coordinate with the development team to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance requests.
• Manage and prioritize multiple client requests, ensuring efficient workflow and timely updates.

• Quality Assurance:

• Oversee the implementation of website updates and maintenance, ensuring they meet client expectations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement or necessary updates.

• Communication:

• Regularly update clients on the progress of their requests, maintaining clear and open communication.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, helping them understand the maintenance process and any technical aspects.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with the development team to understand technical challenges and solutions.
• Facilitate effective teamwork by bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Related experiences that will support the successful completion of listed responsibilities. Fluency in French and English are required.
