Develop all training manuals both for end users and for administrators
 Develop on-line training material
 Facilitate training on both the product and on the changes in process (the new process) i.e. on the
application and on the new context
 Facilitate training for groups of between 5 – 20 people
 Assess training conducted on candidates to determine knowledge acquired (develop training
assessments as necessary)
 Manages resistance to change.
