Master-Works is looking for a skilled and innovative WebMethods Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using the WebMethods suite of products. You will work with various business stakeholders to understand their integration needs, translating them into technical specifications and robust solutions that improve operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop integration solutions using WebMethods Integration Server and related components.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Implement APIs, web services, and messaging solutions to facilitate seamless communication between applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration processes to ensure performance and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions, including design documents, configurations, and user guides.
• Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to enhance the quality and maintainability of integration solutions.
• Stay current with the latest WebMethods features, industry trends, and integration technologies to propose enhancements and optimizations.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring effective use of integration solutions and resolving any issues that arise.

Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a WebMethods Developer or integrating applications using WebMethods tools.
• Strong expertise in WebMethods components including Integration Server, Broker, and Designer.
• Proficiency in developing RESTful and SOAP web services and working with APIs.
• Solid understanding of messaging protocols (JMS, Pub/Sub, etc.) and integration patterns.
• Experience with application servers and database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
