Master-Works is seeking a detail-oriented and proficient WebMethods Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. As a WebMethods Admin, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning of the WebMethods platform. You will ensure the smooth operation of integration solutions that enhance our organizational efficiency and serve our diverse clientele. Your role will involve working closely with development teams to facilitate seamless integration processes to meet the needs of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and upgrade the WebMethods integration platform, including Integration Server, Broker, and Designer environments.
• Monitor and manage system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of WebMethods solutions.
• Implement and maintain security policies and user access controls within the WebMethods environment.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize integration processes, workflows, and service performance.
• Document system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines to create a knowledge base for future reference.
• Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery processes for the WebMethods system.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users to ensure optimal usage of the WebMethods tools and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest WebMethods features and industry best practices to enhance platform performance and capabilities.

Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a WebMethods Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in WebMethods tools, including Integration Server, Broker, and Developer.
• Proficient in troubleshooting application integration issues and optimizing performance.
• Knowledge of web services, APIs, and various integration patterns.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cloud integration and enterprise service bus (ESB) concepts is a plus.
