The role We are looking for a talented Wordpress Specialist, to join our international Delivery team. The role is supporting the Benelux region, but the teams are working from all across Europe. The candidate will be responsible for the set up of our Saas products, in accordance with clients requirements for the market. The main responsibilities are: Gather all the information required to set up the SaaS product for the customer Manage client requests and prioritize workflow Perform all the necessary tasks to configure the websites and the CRM for the customer to use the SaaS Perform the necessary product configuration to fulfill the customer requirements Present the progress and the final product to the customer and answer queries Tickets management in collaboration with R&D team Follow up with developers and product expert teams Cooperate with Success Manager in controlling the project scope (avoid scope creeping)

Requirements: Our ideal Wordpress Specialist will have previous experience working in a stakeholder management environment, as well as providing technical support in the set up of web based products, using CMS tools. As well as: Advanced level of Dutch and intermediate English Previous experience preferably in a SaaS company and in a similar role Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills Capability to act as “power user” for complex business applications like CRM, ERP, CMS, Marketing automation platforms Knowledge in Wordpress CMS Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages Notions in SEO, such as loading content, creating titles, SEO tags and descriptions Working pattern and location: Full time, permanent role Monday to Friday Hybrid Office located in Antwerp
