Role:
This role is the technical backbone of our experiential marketing. You aren't just managing events; you are architecting the digital journey. We need a profile that bridges the gap between Marketing and Web Development, ensuring our platforms (Cvent, Goldcast, Bizzabo, and On24) are technically sound, integrated, and customized.
This position is ideal for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about enabling exceptional event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a subject matter expert for event technology platforms supporting Experiential Marketing Specialists.
• Platform Architecture: Lead the technical setup of Cvent environments, including CSS/HTML customizations for event websites and advanced registration logic.
• Webmastering: Manage domain configurations, SSO (Single Sign-On) implementation, and troubleshooting of front-end display issues.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership.
• Support the full event lifecycle: from stakeholder alignment and platform configuration to attendee communications and post-event analysis.
• Manage multi-channel event components including AV, webinars, mobile apps, and digital customer journeys.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
• Execute simulive and on-demand webinars, including pre-recording, scheduling, and live moderation.
• Technical QA: Execute rigorous UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and debugging for complex registration paths and mobile app deployments.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Analyze event performance and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Technical Stack: Experience with HTML/CSS (highly preferred) for styling event pages and emails.
• Logic & Data: Strong understanding of conditional logic, data mapping, and relational databases.
• Certifications: Cvent Event Strategy or Advanced Registration certification is a huge plus.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose network, browser, or integration errors in real-time during live broadcasts.
• 2–3+ years of experience in event management or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in moderately complex scenarios.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in event platforms such as Cvent, Bizzabo, PGI, On24, and Goldcast.
• Experience supporting both in-person and virtual/hybrid event formats.
Nearshore Collaboration Requirements:
• Time Zone Alignment: Must be able to work partially overlapping hours with Pacific Time (PT).
• Strong Written Communication: Ability to provide clear documentation and asynchronous updates.
• Process Orientation: Maintain detailed SOPs to ensure continuity and scalability.
