Position Details:

Duration: 12 Months

Mandatory Qualifications

The resource, Analyst, Computer Systems Programmer (Senior), assigned to this project must have at least eight (8) years of computer experience working independently or under general direction on complex IT application problems involving all phases of systems analysis.

Resource Mandatory Qualifications

· Must provide work history to reflect an in-depth knowledge of state-of-the art programming languages and object-oriented approach in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs.

· Must demonstrate experience that reflects consistently applying the understanding and processes of current application development methodologies.

· Must show ability to program in WebFOCUS v7 and WebFOCUS v8

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Must show strong understanding of current storage and retrieval methods and demonstrated ability to formulate specifications for computer programmers to use in coding, testing, and debugging of computer programs.

· Must have at least three (3) years’ experience as Technical expert in IT organization.

· Must be organized and flexible to develop, analyze and maintain agency dashboards for communication to Executive Management Team to support strategic decisions making.

· Must be accountable for the most complex enterprise-wide applications and issues, translating highly complex concepts for peers and customers.

· Must demonstrate excellent writing and oral communications skills.

· Must demonstrate a leadership role in at least two successful projects that were delivered on time and on budget.

Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science in Computer Science or related field. Master’s Degree is preferred.

Experience: 8 years Enterprise Architect (application, integration, solution)

Scope of Work

The Contractor shall be responsible for providing on an on-call basis staff as awarded and would include the maintenance of WebFOCUS V8, the personnel required in this RFP within the timeframe required as specified.

· Contractor shall complete all work in conformance with useful business intelligence (BI) solution dashboards

· Contractor shall use reporting tools including data architectures to allow for efficient reporting

· Contractor shall use WebFOCUS v7 and v8 to program, maintain and monitor databases to support the analysis tools including: data dashboard, comparative analysis, real-time alerts, internal search tool, and visualization options

· Contractor shall maintain database management and business intelligence technologies to provide historical, current and predictive views of MVA business operations

· Contractor shall perform milestone status reports and presentations on the WebFOCUS system to colleagues, subordinates, and end user representatives.

· Contractor is responsible for a variety of platforms to provide integration and automated systems applications to customers.

· Contractor shall coordinate with the MVA Program Manager to ensure problem resolution and user satisfaction.
