The role

Our website is one of our most important growth engines. Today, the website attracts 130k+ active visitors monthly, and for our B2B audience, it’s the first impression, a core sales enablement tool, and a major driver of top-of-funnel demand.  

We’re looking for a full-time Webflow Developer to take ownership of this mission-critical platform and help scale its impact. In this role, you’ll build high-performing, conversion-focused digital experiences in Webflow, with deep integrations into HubSpot and our broader marketing stack. You’ll partner closely with design and marketing teams to support website usability, growth initiatives and lead generation. 

As our Webflow Developer, you’ll shape our global front door: QS’s flagship website where prospective clients discover our products, explore insights, and engage with content like reports and webinars. You’ll help design, build, and maintain a high-quality, on-brand, responsive website, applying strong front-end fundamentals, UI/UX best practices, and performance-driven thinking. 

You’ll be part of the Institutional Marketing team, reporting to the Associate Director, Creative, and collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary Studio team spanning UI/UX, graphic design, video, animation, and web. With team members based around the world, this is an opportunity to make a visible, global impact on a platform that directly drives business growth.

Role responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain full ownership of our Webflow websites and CMS-driven experiences 

Write production-quality HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend and customise Webflow functionality 

Implement, manage, and optimize HubSpot integrations, including forms, CRM syncing, tracking scripts, workflows, and lead attribution 

Build, test, and optimize B2B marketing pages such as landing pages, product pages, and conversion funnels, including Hubspot 

Ensure websites are fully responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible 

Implement QA process, ensuring new components/implementations function as expected across devices and bugs are caught early 

Optimise performance, page speed, and Core Web Vitals 

Implement semantic HTML markup and schema.org structured data (JSON-LD) to support SEO, accessibility, and performance 

Partner with marketing teams on campaign execution, A/B testing, personalisation, and analytics 

Maintain and scale Webflow CMS collections, dynamic content, and advanced interactions 

Build new components based on designs from Studio, make recommendations for fast-tracking development, and referencing existing B2B Design System and individual designs for consistency and accuracy 

Integrate tracking tools accurately (eg. HubSpot, GA4, pixels, tags) 

Troubleshoot issues, refactor code, and continuously improve site stability and maintainability.

Key skills and experience

Proven experience in Webflow development for production websites 

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid), and JavaScript (ES6+) 

Hands-on experience with HubSpot integrations and marketing automation 

Strong understanding of B2B marketing websites, conversion funnels, and lead generation strategies 

Comfortable working in iterative, agile development cycles with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders 

Experience implementing SEO, performance, and CRO best practices 

Ability to translate Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect Webflow builds 

Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and responsive design 

Experience with A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks with Webflow 

Familiarity with Webflow Logic, memberships, and localisation 

Experience designing and implementing interactive, conversational user experiences within web applications (chatbot) 

Strong understanding of secure user authentication, authorisation, and session management in web platforms (login) 

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) 

Experience with third-party integrations (Zapier, Segment, Hotjar, etc.) 

Basic API and JSON knowledge 

Cvent integration experience a plus
