Webflow Developer

We’re looking for a stellar Webflow Developer to join our team.

You’ll act as a bridge between technology, design, and marketing, playing a key role in evolving the company's online presence and ensuring the website is always up-to-date, functional, and optimized for all devices and touchpoints. You’ll be responsible for implementing new features and improvements based on analytics, user feedback, and market trends, for identifying and resolving technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure website security and for creating and optimizing landing pages for marketing campaigns, focusing on conversion and user experience. You’ll also support in defining and implementing the product and company marketing strategy.

Requirements:
What You Have

• At least 3 years of experience as Webflow Developer or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Webflow, including creating responsive layouts, using the integrated CMS, crafting interactions and animations without code, and managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of website management and structured builds ( including style guides, global classes, reusable components, naming conventions, and best practices for scalability and maintainability).
• Advanced skills in writing and editing HTML and CSS to customize designs and optimize websites for various screen sizes.
• Solid JavaScript skills, including custom scripts, manipulating the DOM, and integrating APIs.
• Proficiency with GSAP animations, the ideal candidate will be able to go beyond Webflow’s native interactions to build custom, smooth, and performant animations when required.
• Basic knowledge of SEO practices to implement them in Webflow projects.
• Experience in DNS configuration for website management and maintenance.
• Fundamentals of UI and UX design are a plus.
