Job Description

Our client is a leading crypto/ web3 company in Dubai. This Social media specialist will drive the company's growth and engagement, primarily on Facebook and LinkedIn. This will strategically build and optimize company's presence on both platforms, focusing on organic growth, audience engagement, and brand visibility. This hands-on role requires deep knowledge of social media algorithms, data-driven tactics, and high-quality content curation.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch accounts with high-quality video posts, secure immediate engagement from high-value accounts, and re-deploy monthly boost campaigns to maintain algorithmic performance.

• Post every 24-72 hours (Facebook: 1/3 video posts; LinkedIn: all posts with media), focusing on high-quality images, videos, and professional blog-style content repurposed from company articles.

• Coordinate supporter accounts to engage fully on initiation/boost posts, limit to 25% on regular posts, and restrict engagement to once weekly per account.

• Actively participate in relevant Facebook groups (3x/week/group) and comment 5+ times daily on trending LinkedIn posts to build trust and visibility.

• Monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth), test posting strategies, and report insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing Facebook and LinkedIn accounts with strong knowledge of platform algorithms.

• Skilled in managing supporter/influencer networks and executing organic engagement strategies.

• Excellent written communication and content curation skills for high-quality, professional posts.

• Ability to maintain consistent posting schedules and deliver data-driven results.

• Experience with crypto, fintech, or Web3 brands is a plus.
