Senior Product Manager (Crypto-Native Payments)

Location: Europe or up to GMT-3

Compensation: $90K - $110K

We are the global leader in crypto commerce, enabling millions of users across 180+ countries to use cryptocurrency for everyday needs—from gift cards and mobile top-ups to subscriptions and bill payments. For over a decade, we have operated profitably as a distributed team of 90+ people who believe that crypto should be money for everyday use.

As the market shifts from speculation to real-world utility—driven by stablecoin salaries, DeFi yield, and airdrop proceeds—we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to bridge the gap between complex onchain mechanics and seamless consumer experiences. You will join a focused squad of 5-7 engineers and designers in a high-agency, low-meeting environment where product decisions are made close to the work.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Product Discovery: Turn scattered insights from crypto-native users into a systematic product strategy.
• Solve Onchain Complexity: Tackle "hard problems" like cross-chain checkouts (Arbitrum, Base, Solana), inconsistent wallet signing flows, and high-value transaction trust.
• Own the Lifecycle: Write clear specifications and manage the backlog to ship end-to-end features alongside your squad.
• Strategic Integrations: Decide which chains, wallets, and protocols to support based on hard usage data rather than market hype.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align with compliance, marketing, support, and operations to ensure a cohesive user journey.
• Community Engagement: Represent the company in crypto communities and at industry conferences.

Requirements:
We are looking for a veteran product leader who lives onchain and understands the friction points of the current ecosystem.

• Experience: 8+ years in Product Management, ideally within payments, e-commerce, or fintech.
• Crypto Fluency: Practical, hands-on experience with DeFi (vaults, bridging, gas dynamics, and collateralized positions). You should be deeply familiar with wallet UX across both desktop and mobile.
• Execution: A proven track record of shipping products with real-world adoption. You can decompose massive problems into small, shippable increments.
• Communication: Exceptional written communication skills for specs, decision docs, and async updates.
• AI Proficiency: You already use AI to draft specs, build prototypes, and close the gap between product thinking and technical implementation.
• Mindset: You have a healthy skepticism toward hype and a preference for shipping things that actually work. You create clarity out of ambiguity.
