Overview

We are seeking a skilled Web & UX Designer to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences that drive practical usage and meet real-world needs. In this role, you will play an important part in understanding user scenarios, ensuring consistency in behavioral patterns, and designing intuitive interfaces that enhance the overall user journey.

Experience & skills

• 3+ years of commercial experience in web/ux/ui design.

• Confident proficiency in Figma.

• Experience working with components, libraries, and design frameworks.

• Ability to design user flows, interface logic, scenarios

• Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to design.

• English B2+

• Will be strong plus: experience in building and maintaining design systems.

Work approach

• Flexibility in decision‑making (sometimes you’ll need to prepare several design concepts).

• Readiness for changes during the project lifecycle.

• Ability to quickly produce sketches and low-fidelity prototypes to present ideas.

Personal qualities

• Strong communication skills.

• Responsibility and ownership.

• Ability to work independently.

Scope of typical tasks

• In 2 words: maintaining, updating, and optimizing existing templates within the Altium.com ecosystem. Creating new concepts with a focus on responsive design, usability, and performance, while supporting additional web initiatives when needed. Contributing to the Design System

Portfolio required
Applicants must provide a link to recent works (may be figma, behance, dribble) that demonstrate their approach to ux and visual design (websites, platforms, interfaces etc.).
