This company has an immediate contract opening for a tech-savvy, self-directed individual to join our dynamic marketing team in North America Commercial Organization. You'll serve as a marketing programs technical support specialist using a proactive combination of product information, data interpretation and tech support skills.
Respond to sales organization email requests, assist with inquiries or technical troubleshooting and determine the most effective solution(s) to resolve technical issues with online based marketing resources.
Provide general technical consulting to marketing team and sales organization, collaborate with digital marketing team and third party vendors and in order to resolve or dispatch the appropriate resource at minimum company expense and ensure uninterrupted functionality of online marketing resources.
Collect and analyze data to gain understanding of utilization of online marketing resources, provide regular reporting on customer and sales organization engagement with online marketing resources
Support sales and marketing efforts as required and related to the online marketing resources.
Interact with external and internal customers to provide a high level of customer satisfaction and support.
Adhere to policies and procedures and exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.
Develop project schedule and track implementation of technical deliverables collaborating with digital marketing and third party web developers.
The incumbent may develop and track technical training project plans, monitor policies, procedures and standards relating to technical training and recommend changes.

2+ years in a Digital/Technical support role supporting Marketing and Sales team. The candidate must have prior experience troubleshooting website issues effectively
•           Ability to perform moderately complex procedures using basic analytic ability
•           MUST HAVE Excellent organization, communication and inter-personal skills.
•           Require Excellent interpersonal skills - able to communicate effectively and professionally with employees and executives; High degree of patience with people and processes.
•           Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
•           Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
•           Ability to make recommendations or decisions affecting the entire department and beyond
•           Ability to communicate both orally and via written communication with persons of all levels while maintaining confidentiality
•           Bachelor's degree in field (web development, marketing, communications, journalism, English or related field).
•           Demonstrated experience in using standard Word and Excel, and Google Docs in an office setting. Extensive knowledge of integrated systems, database management, and web-based technologies.
