RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare presentations and pre-sales proposals for prospective Xsolla clients
• Run partner meetings and participate in/ facilitate workshops
• Conduct performance analysis of partner integrations
• Work with feedback from partners and sales team
• Analyze live Web Shops and prepare growth plans based on findings
• Examine game economies to adapt mechanics for the Web Shop channel
• Develop and package successful case studies
• Produce expert materials (articles, guides, talks) in cooperation with business development, marketing and other teams
• Participate in the design and development of new Web Shop features
• Research the Web Shop / gaming e-commerce market and competitors
• Maintain documentation and internal knowledge base for repeatable solutions

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• 3+ years in game development as a Game Designer / Product Owner / Analyst Strong F2P monetization / game economy expertise
• Product analytics: ability to form hypotheses, define metrics, and quantify impact
• Understanding of feature lifecycle and live-ops in games
• Native/ Fluent English (partner calls and materials)
• Knowledge of various marketing approaches and distribution channels to attract and retain users
• Experience of interaction with Business Development specialists
• Knowledge and understanding of the processes of selling digital products and in-game goods
