About the job
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Web Project Coordinator to support the delivery and maintenance of our digital web platforms.
In this role, you will coordinate small web projects from discovery through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live, while ensuring clear communication and alignment between internal and HQ teams. You will also support the ongoing quality of our webshops and apps through regular testing and bug reporting, as well as assist with small web content integrations using our Web CMS tools.

In addition, your duties will also include:
• Lead web projects activities from initial discovery through UAT and go-live.
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables with all relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate regularly with HQ teams (product owners, service managers and developers) and business units (Canadian banners) to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Support business approval workflow and ensure required steps are completed before launch.
• Prepare and coordinate post-go-live announcements and follow-up communication.
• Perform regular testing and lead production release testing of webshops and apps to ensure functionality, quality, and consistency.
• Identify, document, and raise bugs or issues for HQ teams to investigate and resolve.
• Verify fixes and retest functionality as needed.
• Support continuous improvement by highlighting recurring issues or user experience gaps.
• Assist with web content updates and integrations using Web CMS tools.
• Implement content changes accurately and in line with brand and technical guidelines.
• Use basic HTML and CSS to support simple formatting and layout needs.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure content is published correctly and on time.
Requirements
• Experience coordinating digital or web-related projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with web testing, QA, or bug reporting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of agile ways of working or project tracking tools (JIRA) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Web CMS platforms and content publishing workflows.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and a strong sense of ownership.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Must be fluent in English and French.
