DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build websites using our Webflow templates

• Make small website changes (copy edits, image swaps, link updates)

• Set up new client CRM accounts in GoHighLevel using pre-built templates

• Use QA checklists to review your work

• Communicate with team members via Slack and Zoom

• Strong organizational skills, especially in managing tasks across multiple tools (ClickUp, BugHerd

• Basic understanding of CRM tools or automation platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot)

• Familiarity with drag-and-drop website builders such as Webflow or similar CMS tools

• Strong attention to detail in formatting, layout, and link/image verification

• Familiarity with responsive web design principles and how changes impact mobile/tablet views

• Basic understanding of CRM tools or automation platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot)

• Willingness to give and receive feedback for ongoing process improvement

• Can work independently and knows when to ask for help or flag potential issues

• Willing to report to our office at JMT Building, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, on a hybrid setup

• Comply with company policies

• Follow management and client directions

• Proactive communication

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year of experience in content management or web production roles

• Hands-on experience with Webflow
