Web Developer (Elementor / No-Code)
• Location: Remote (Latin America preferred)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday CST - 40 hours a week.
• Compensation: $2500 to $3500 per month

Our client is a marketing and ads performance agency based in Salt Lake City, Utah. They are a remote-first company, working fully distributed and actively expanding their team across Latin America. The agency specializes in performance-driven marketing, landing pages, and conversion-focused web experiences for clients across multiple industries.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Web Developer with mid to advanced experience in Elementor and web development to support marketing campaigns, landing pages, and client websites. The ideal candidate has experience working in a marketing agency environment, understands conversion-focused design, and can collaborate with remote teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress and Elementor
• Develop high-converting landing pages for marketing and advertising campaigns
• Implement no-code / low-code solutions when appropriate
• Customize themes, layouts, and components to meet client requirements
• Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and SEO-friendly
• Collaborate with marketing, ads, and design teams to support campaign goals
• Perform basic backend tasks, including API integrations and data handling
• Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and compatibility problems
Required Qualifications
• 2–3+ years of professional experience in web development
• Strong hands-on experience with Elementor and WordPress
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Experience with no-code / low-code development tools
• Basic backend and API integration knowledge
• Ability to work CST business hours
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• Previous experience working in a marketing or advertising agency
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
• Familiarity with page speed optimization and SEO best practices
• Experience supporting paid media or funnel-based websites
