SmartDev (https://smartdev.com/) offers tailor-made mobile apps and websites with the most popular frontend and back-end technologies. We are currently work with about 200 developers and with 2 offices in Danang City and Hanoi Capital.

We are looking for a high performer to expand our growing web engineering team. You will help us design and deliver modern web applications to support business and operation capabilities. You will be a part of highly collaborative cross functional team with front end and back-end engineers, designers, scrum masters, and product owners. You will have high level of autonomy and will be able to influence in technical directions taken.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to translate design concepts into responsive and efficient user interfaces.

• Develop and maintain high-quality, tested and reusable code for our web stack, using modern front-end frameworks.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and standards.

• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our development processes.

• At least 3-5 years of professional working experience in front-end development
• Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Extensive experience with ReactJS (some experience with Next.js is desirable)
• Solid understanding of state management libraries like Redux / Redux Saga / Thunk middleware / Zustand
• Experience with common front-end development tools like Webpack, Vite, Storybook and NPM
• Familiarity with common front-end libraries – Tailwind CSS/Material UI/Bootstrap/others
• Experience writing unit testing and end-to-end tests
• Familiarity with server-side development using Node.js and understanding of concepts like microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, GraphQL
• Experience working with Git and understanding CI/CD
• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, prototyping, gathering requirements or supporting complex web application development
