Our Client Quickplay is looking for WEB DEVELOPER

Job Designation: WEB DEVELOPER

Job Location: Chennai

Experience: 5+Years.

Key Responsibilities

 Provide guidance on implementation and design best practices to other developers

 Implement product features within a team using best practices to meet product deliverables

 Refactor code to increase operating efficiency and extensibility and/or adapt programs to new requirements.

 Participate in Agile sprint planning sessions and provide constructive feedback

 Help the Product Management team with high-level estimation and clarification of technical implementation of features.

 Prepare software packages for deployment that adhere to the defined standard deployment policies.

 Generate product documentation for releases

 Mentor Junior developers throughout the development lifecycle

Qualifications

Education: BS in Engineering or Science or equivalent experience in computer science field.

Skills and Experience:

 Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and implementing end to end enterprise grade software.

 Excellent understanding of distributed multi-tier infrastructure.

 Proficient using UML (sequence, state, collaboration, class, use-case models).

 Proficient in SCM tools and best practices (Starteam, Maven).

 Experience using NoSQL Databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra would be a plus

 Extensive experience using J2EE (JSP, JSF, Struts, Tag Libraries, AJAX & XML)

 Knowledge of mobile device technologies (Android, SQLite, Core Data, Cocoa API, HLS) would be a plus.

 Knowledge and experience with modern web UI technologies.

 Excellent oral and written communication skills.

 A creative thinker and experienced problem solver.

 Experience in JavaScript, HTML and CSS

 Experience in angular JS/Back Bone JS and JQuery

 Development of client service mobile application

 Experience in mobile application development framework like phone gap, Titanium and Ionic
