About You
You are a well-rounded Full-Stack Developer capable of efficiently juggling multiple tasks. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for clean and orderly code. You enjoy sharing your experience, knowledge, and working cooperatively to usher ideas from conception to execution.
This is a full-time position to help shape and scale a world-class web experience at one of the fastest-growing B2B companies around. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule: you will work one day per week onsite and four days remote. Compensation includes 15 paid working days (PTO) plus local holidays, comprehensive medical coverage (OSDE Plan 310) for you and your dependents, reimbursement for eligible wellness activities, English lessons, global and local events participation, and much more!

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

• Drive new web initiatives - own the development of small marketing key projects related to the AppDirect website that demonstrably impact the business;

• Ownership - be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling the website;

• Execute - deliver work assigned by the due date and participate in the team's code review process;

• Commit to Quality - QA your work prior to the code review process;

• Communicate - with key stakeholders and present your work to the Marketing organization with a concise, meaningful narrative;

• Lead - evaluate emerging technology and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience with full stack development (React/Next.js; NodeJS/Typescript)

• Extensive experience with responsive web development;

• Ability to collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to ensure the final product aligns with their vision and goals;

• Commitment to QA, with experience in cross-browser and accessibility testing

• Experience with SQL/Database Management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases);

• Proficiency in version control using Git;

• Familiarity with GraphQL query language;

• Understanding of headless CMS behavior.
