We are strengthening our team with a Web Designer, specialized in UX and UI, to collaborate on a short‑term project. We are looking for an experienced and autonomous professional with a strong ability to transform functional requirements into intuitive, accessible, and consistent digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop UX and UI designs based on the requirements defined by the Product Owner.
• Create components and interfaces for different websites.
• Produce design prototypes (UX and UI) using Figma and Adobe XD.
• Collaborate in an Agile team, contributing to several projects simultaneously.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Web Design / UX/UI Design roles.
• Solid experience in Usability, UX Design, and UI Design.
• Previous experience working on multiple projects in parallel (valued).
• Knowledge in creating and maintaining Design Systems and components.
• Strong skills in digital accessibility (AA and AAA levels).
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Mandatory portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI work.
• High level of autonomy and responsibility.
• Strong attention to detail and a user‑centric mindset.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Adaptability to work in an Agile environment.

• Work model: Hybrid (up to 3 times per week at the office).
• Location: Picoas, Lisbon.
