Web Designer

The Position

We are looking for a web designer who will be responsible for creating impactful experiences for our B2B marketing site, eStore, and email marketing campaigns. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our branding. You will be working closely with our content & product teams to bring our brand story to life.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent design, organizational, and communication skills, as well as expert knowledge of design programs, and working knowledge of a CMS.

What You Will be Doing

• Conceptualizing creative ideas with stakeholders and designing pages

• Testing and improving the design of the website

• Upholding design guidelines, standards, and best practices

• Maintaining the appearance of websites and email by enforcing content standards

• Designing visual imagery for websites and email and ensuring that they are in line with brand guidelines

• Working with different content management systems as needed

• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes

What We Need from You

• Proficiency in graphic design software including Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools

• Good understanding of content management systems

• Excellent visual design skills

• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.

• Creative and open to new ideas

• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong online portfolio

It Would be Nice if You Had

• Working knowledge of front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS

• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues

• Good understanding of search engine optimization principles
