Web Designer/Developer for Healthcare and Wellness Company (US-Based/Remote)

Our client is in the healthcare and wellness industry that is dedicated to providing services ranging from preventative care and chronic disease management to mental and physical well-being. They are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Web Designer/Developer to join their team. This is a unique, full-cycle role where you will be responsible for both the visual design and technical implementation of our digital assets. You must be able to work independently to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing results across multiple projects, with a strong focus on e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Projects

• Lead the design and development of a unique, custom website from scratch for a new brand.
• Design and implement conversion-focused landing pages and marketing graphics.
• Translate high-fidelity designs (created in Figma) into clean, functional code within a WordPress environment.
• Handle the full build-out and maintenance of websites, including the selection, integration, and configuration of necessary plugins.

Requirements:
• Expert proficiency with WordPress and WooCommerce development.
• Demonstrated ability to design professional-grade interfaces using Figma.
• Strong understanding of web UI/UX best practices and mobile-first design.
• Proven ability to manage both the design and implementation phases of a web project, acting as a true design-developer.

Key Deliverables

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing the following assets:

• Complete Website UI/UX
• High-converting Landing Pages
• Graphic Assets (web banners, icons, etc.)
• Email Templates
• Social Media Assets
• Basic Brand Identity Elements

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with short-form video editing (a strong bonus, but not essential).
