Are you ready to discover the role of a Web Application Developer in Netcompany?

As a Web Application Developer, you will:

• Collaborate with the ICT Service Delivery team to design, develop, and maintain user-centric web applications that enhance digital services.
• Develop and maintain web interfaces using low-code platforms (OutSystems or Mendix), React, and JavaScript.
• Apply UX/UI best practices to deliver intuitive, responsive, and accessible web solutions.
• Ensure web applications align with internal technical standards and user experience guidelines.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate functional requirements.
• Contribute to the development of new digital solutions while ensuring the stability of existing systems.
• Support the deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of existing Java and PHP applications.
• Build and deploy Java/PHP code as part of the software release process.
• Investigate, test, and resolve issues in Java/PHP applications in collaboration with the core development team.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, followed by at least 8 years of relevant professional experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, followed by at least 12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent command of English (minimum working level), both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in web application development, including both frontend and backend environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with low-code platforms such as OutSystems or Mendix.
• Solid expertise in React and JavaScript for modern frontend development.
• Experience supporting and maintaining Java and PHP applications, including deployment and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with software release management processes, including code building and deployment.
• Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Good understanding of application lifecycle management and DevOps practices.
