Full Job Description
The responsibilities of this role are as follows:
Supervise and train a team of Weatherization Technicians in performing pipe insulation,
weatherization, LED bulb replacement, refrigerator replacement, hot water heater
replacement, thermostat installation, air sealing, and heating/cooling.
Coordinate the work schedule and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion of
weatherization projects.
Perform a physically demanding role, which includes entering small, tight spaces such
as attics and crawlspaces, as well as carrying heavy equipment.
Promote a positive and professional manner upon entering a customer’s home.
Qualifications for our Weatherization Crew Lead:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in weatherization or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
Experience working with hand tools and equipment.
Ability to follow safety protocols and ensure the safety of the team.
Strong work ethic and integrity.
Valid Driver's License.
