Role Summary:
The Wealth Client Relationship Manager also work with the Independent Wealth Consultants for the portfolios of clients whom the latter has successfully referred to ATRAM. The account opening and all related responsibilities in onboarding are delivered by the Wealth Sales Relationship Manager.
What Business Outcomes the Role is Responsible for:
Strengthen Client Relationships: Expand client accounts by delivering exceptional service, proactively addressing feedback, and ensuring seamless support across clients.
Accelerate Business Growth: Increase AUM by identifying new opportunities, driving successful sales initiatives, and contributing to a broader and stronger client portfolio.
Apply Technical Expertise: Leverage expertise in Treasury, Trust, Commercial, and/or Private Banking products to provide clients and internal teams with effective, results-driven solutions.
What we’re looking for in a successful candidate:
Relevant Experience: Proven background in sales, business development, or relationship management, with a strong track record of driving client engagement and growth
Comprehensive Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Treasury, Trust, Commercial Banking or Private Banking products and services.
Professional Communication & Agility: Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with a polished presence and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
