Report to the Mitigation Project Manager, attend daily meetings to determine the daily schedule, and complete assignments for the day.

Take direction from the Lead Technician, including demolition, cleanup, and loading/unloading work vehicle.

Work in confined spaces and handle hazardous material.

Maintain a neat, clean job site following all OSHA requirements and Apex policies and procedures.

Accountabilities

Skilled in communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, time management.

Learn, implement, and maintain an understanding of mitigation operations and procedures.

Foster positive relationships with team members and clients, referring customer questions to the Mitigation Superintendent.

Ensure job site is clean and safe.

Willing to work 48+ hours per week when needed.

Be on call during catastrophic events.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge of insurance claim procedures, standards, and guidelines is a plus.

Ability to lift 75 pounds.

Ability to enter confined spaces and climb ladders.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States.

Pass a background check and drug screening.

No felony convictions.

Compensation

$17-18 per hour.

After-hours bonus per job.
