Job Description:
The Specialist of Warranty supports daily warranty operations, analytics, and system tasks under the guidance and mentorship of the Warranty Manager. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong data skills (Excel/Power BI/SQL) or a willingness to learn and apply them to warranty auditing and process improvement. The role performs daily claims analysis, flags abnormalities early, and assists with claim suspensions, partial repair follow‑ups, and campaign extra‑cost monitoring. The specialist helps maintain and improve GWMS functions, coordinates requests for new system features, and supports the Mobile Warranty Book and warranty conditions updates. The position contributes to PMU (Parts Mark‑Up) and WLR (Warranty Labor Rate) revisions, conducts market surveys, and documents findings for management. The specialist may prototype AI‑assisted auditing tools or automation scripts—with oversight from the Warranty Manager—to improve accuracy, speed, and consistency. Ultimately, this role builds foundational warranty expertise while driving measurable gains in data quality, operational control, and distributor support.

Perform daily claims analysis to identify early‑warning signals, red flags, and suspected non‑compliance; recommend claim suspension when criteria are met.
Review suspended claims, track campaign extra‑cost claims, and maintain follow‑up logs through closure.
Monitor and follow up on partial repairs, ensuring documentation, proper sequencing, and timely completion.
Support GWMS daily operations (queries, data extracts, uploads) and log requests for new system development or enhancements.
Assist with PMU (Parts Mark‑Up) and WLR (Warranty Labor Rate) revisions, preparing impact analyses and distributor-facing summaries.
Maintain and update Warranty Conditions and related templates under the direction of the Warranty Manager.
Support Mobile Warranty Book (MWB) activities, including data checks, content updates, and user coordination.
Participate in Warranty Operations Reviews (WOR) and perform self‑WOR routines (checklists, sampling, evidence collection) to strengthen internal controls.
Conduct market surveys and basic benchmarking; compile insights to inform policy, pricing, and service actions.
Build and maintain dashboards/reports (Excel, Power BI if applicable) to visualize claim trends, exceptions, and KPI performance for the Warranty Manager and stakeholders.
