We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warranty Specialist 1 to join our dynamic team in Wichita, United States. In this role, you will be the backbone of our warranty operations, processing claims with precision while delivering exceptional support to our customers. You'll work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve warranty issues efficiently and contribute to continuous improvements in our warranty processes. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring every customer receives transparent, empathetic, and professional service.

• Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies, procedures, and industry standards
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address warranty-related inquiries and concerns with empathy and clarity
• Analyze warranty claims to determine validity, assess coverage, and recommend appropriate resolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve complex warranty issues and escalate concerns when necessary
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all warranty transactions, customer interactions, and claim documentation
• Generate detailed reports on warranty claim trends, patterns, and metrics to support data-driven decision-making
• Identify and recommend areas for improvement in warranty processes and procedures
• Stay current with warranty policies, product information, and industry best practices through continuous learning
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Support team members and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive work environment

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, warranty processing, or related field
• SAP experience
• Willingness and ability to learn warranty management systems and related computer applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently or collaboratively
• Customer‑focused approach with the ability to handle complex or sensitive situations professionally
• Knowledge of warranty policies and best practices; experience with warranty or claims systems preferred
• Experience generating reports and analyzing data
• Background in automotive, consumer electronics, or manufacturing environments a plus
