Arise Homes is a new home builder and developer dedicated to providing beautiful, quality homes at an affordable price point. Join a dynamic and customer-focused team dedicated to helping families find their dream home. As the Warranty Service Technician, you will take ownership of maintaining a standard of quality and professionalism for our homeowners, ensuring a remarkable experience after closing. This role will serve our organization with a unifying attitude and mind towards excellence and service while self-performing, managing, and overseeing necessary work in Arise Homes during the 1-year warranty period.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Deliver Arise Homes quality and value.
Build relationships daily with homeowners, trade partners, and vendors.
Supervise warranty service calls as needed, especially those requiring trade partners.
Complete all warranty work that can be self-performed in home assignments.
Give surveys to homeowners upon completion of warranty requests.
Communicate daily with your team.
Inspect all work for quality and completion.
Finalize all warranty work orders, both reactive and pro-active.
Schedule work orders, confirm appointments, and upload documents in the construction management system.
Maintain communication with trade partners that work orders have been completed to finalize them in the system.
Other miscellaneous duties as necessary.
ALL ABOUT YOU
Good time management and organizational skills.
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of computer systems. Specific working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Good problem solving and planning skills.
Mechanically and technologically inclined.
Motivated, self-directed and can operate within proper guidelines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with homeowners, staff, vendors, and trade partners.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Be open and prepared to grow professionally within the team as well as the overall company.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The Warranty Service Technician reports to the Warranty Manager.

HOURS AND SCHEDULE
40 – 45 hours per week (7:45am-5pm, M-F).
Lunch meetings occasionally required.
After hours and weekends may be necessary on occasion for trips, events, or to meet deadlines.
