Responsibilities:
Process and manage warranty claims efficiently.
Schedule service appointments and handle customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of all warranty work and service bookings.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle.
Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation for warranty claims.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service area.

Qualifications:
Previous General Motors experience a strong plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in using computer software and dealership management systems.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of automotive parts and services is a plus.
