Warranty Administrator -Meidl Honda

RM AUTO GROUP is looking for an Automotive Warranty Clerk preferably with some experience in handling all details of warranty repairs in the automotive industry. Duties include working closely with the manufacturer to get approvals through processing the claims once the work is completed. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.

Specific Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

warranty administration

liaison to obtain warranty authorizations from factory

customer follow up calls

resolving issues with warranty submissions

processing warranty invoices and payments

returning warranty parts/cores required back by factory

booking appointments for service customers

cashier functions

filing

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High customer service satisfaction expectations.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and with a team, will have a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
