Warehouses Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, supervise warehouse staff, and maintain a safe and productive work environment. This role is critical to supporting our real estate operations by ensuring timely and accurate handling of materials, equipment, and supplies.

Requirements:
1. Warehouse Operations Management:

o Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment used in real estate projects.

o Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock checks and audits.

o Maintain organized warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of items.

2. Team Supervision:

o Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.

o Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure productivity and accuracy.

o Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety protocols.

3. Inventory Control:

o Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to replenish supplies as needed.

o Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems to minimize discrepancies.

o Prepare and submit inventory reports to management.

4. Safety and Compliance:

o Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.

o Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards.

o Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

5. Logistics Coordination:

o Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites.

o Schedule and oversee the loading and unloading of goods.

o Manage relationships with suppliers and transportation providers.

6. Process Improvement:

o Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and reduce costs.

o Implement best practices for inventory management and warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in construction, real estate, or a related industry.
• Proven experience in supervising a team.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts).
