Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team in Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of goods within our warehouse facility. This position involves receiving, storing, and distributing products while maintaining a safe and organized environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods from trucks or containers

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage

• Label, stock, and organize inventory in designated locations

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely

• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies

• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations

• Collaborate with other warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods

• Basic math and inventory skills

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Forklift certification is a plus

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
