Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team in Columbus, OH. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management within a structured and team-focused environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by tracking and recording stock levels.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
