Warehouse Technician

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and data tracking using Excel spreadsheets. This role ensures accurate inventory levels, timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, and proper documentation of warehouse activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with both physical inventory and digital records.

Responsibilities::
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists

• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders in a timely and accurate manner

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, locations, and discrepancies

• Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues such as shortages, overages, and damaged goods

• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory audits

• Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets for inventory tracking, reporting, and analysis

• Enter data into warehouse management or ERP systems accurately and efficiently

• Label, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations

• Coordinate with internal teams (purchasing, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth workflow

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies within the warehouse environment
