Job Description
SOKOL GxP Services specializes in providing tailored CQV and compliance solutions to life sciences companies, including pharmaceuticals and biopharma. As a Warehouse Technician based in Devens, MA, you will play a critical role in supporting inventory management and material handling processes that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain the integrity and accuracy of inventory systems, facilitate efficient material flow, and uphold GMP and EHS requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
• Receiving, inspecting, counting/weighing, and recording incoming raw materials, supplies, and packaging components in inventory systems.
• Creating and maintaining SAP transactions, addressing discrepancies and damages according to procedures.
• Pulling and managing samples for analysis and re-evaluation.
• Storing materials by status in accordance with GMP guidelines and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Transferring materials to and from production lines following established procedures.
• Ensuring accurate inventory data, supporting freight container inventory, and participating in cycle counts.
• Preparing, picking, and staging materials for shipment and loading trucks per GMP/status requirements.
• Operating and maintaining warehouse equipment, including radios and forklifts.
• Handling and disposing of rejected materials, dangerous goods, and regulated hazardous waste per on-site disposal procedures.
• Complying with security, EHS regulations, and current GMPs.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• 8–10+ years of warehouse or logistics experience;
• Work experience in a regulated environment such as FDA, pharmaceutical, or biopharma;
• Hands-on experience with SAP inventory systems (minimum 1 year);
• Experience performing inventory control activities, including cycle counts;
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree, some college coursework, or trade school education;
• Forklift driving experience.
