£40,531 plus shift allowance at 10% for hours worked between 19:00 - 22:00 and 20% for the remainder of the shift plus great benefits
Sun - Thu 19:00 - 03:30 with 1 in 8 Fridays

A satisfying role
Motivating and developing a team of warehouse operatives, administrators and hygienists, you’ll make sure everything in our multitemperature warehouse runs as it should. You’ll oversee the welfare of the team and be accountable for everything from monitoring adherence to process, to team performance and engagement. Accountable for a range of key metrics, through influencing your team to achieve you’ll help keep standards high and customers happy.

With a background in leading, coaching and driving team performance, you have what it takes to excel in this role:
• a good understanding of warehouse operations, health & safety regulations and policies, and food safety standards
• the ability to drive and improve performance using data insights and colleague input
• a customer-centric approach
• effective at managing change within a team with the ability to influence to reach organisational goals
• the ability to build positive working relationships with multiple stakeholders
