Job Description

Mon–Fri | 06:00–15:30 | Full‑time | SY3

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to run our morning shift and set the pace for the day. You’ll be the senior person on site, leading the team, keeping operations safe and efficient, and hitting daily KPIs.

Key Duties

Lead and motivate warehouse staff

Open the site and manage daily priorities

Oversee goods-in, picking, packing & loading

Ensure stock accuracy, paperwork & safety standards

What You’ll Need

Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor experience

Forklift Counterbalance & Flexi licences

Clean driving licence

Basic IT & WMS experience
