What You’ll Be Doing: As a Warehouse Team Leader at Brookvale, you’ll ensure smooth and efficient warehouse and yard operations. You’ll sort, pack, load, and unload goods while coordinating with the Warehouse Manager and other team members to complete orders safely and on time.

Key responsibilities include:

Sorting and organising incoming and outgoing loads

Operating a forklift safely and performing material handling activities

Handling inbound materials and allocating them to the correct positions

Loading vehicles safely for outgoing deliveries

Reporting stock damage or discrepancies and collaborating with other departments to fulfil orders

Working inside the store or warehouse, and outside in the yard, depending on operational needs

Following WHS policies to maintain a safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a warehouse or yard environment, preferably in Home & Garden or building supplies

Current Forklift Licence (LF)

Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 25kg

Strong team-first attitude and commitment to safety

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently when required
