We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Picking & Dispatch operations at our Kings Park site.

This is a hands on role focused on driving picking accuracy, improving inventory control, and ensuring smooth day to day dispatch operations. You will play a key role in leading the team, maintaining high standards, and delivering strong operational results.

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop the Picking & Packing team to ensure high accuracy, stock quality, and overall performance
• Accuracy & Inventory Control: Drive reductions in NCRs and inventory variances through improved picking, packing, and warehouse practices
• Dispatch & Order Management: Manage dispatch operations and ensure timely processing of production, sales, and service orders in SAP
• Performance & Reporting: Monitor warehouse performance and report on key operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Operations & Process Improvement: Coordinate daily operations including staffing and workload allocation, while identifying and implementing efficiency improvements
• Safety, Compliance & Standards: Maintain a safe, clean work environment, ensure HSE compliance, and embed strong housekeeping and 5S practices

• 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role, with the ability to lead and develop teams
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory control, dispatch, and accuracy
• Experience using SAP or similar warehouse management systems, with solid computer skills across Microsoft Office
• Current Forklift Licence (essential)
• Strong focus on safety and drives safe work practices across the team
• Certificate III or IV in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain (desirable)
