Role: Warehouse Supervisor – Late Shift
Location: Gaskell House, Preston, PR2
Hours: Late shift,
Monday – Friday 14:30 to 23:00
Salary: £13.89 p/h
The Role:
We are looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor to support the late shift operation within our TV Dismantling facility in Preston.
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations during the late shift, including organising workloads, supervising team members and maintaining a strong focus on health and safety, compliance and operational efficiency.
You will act as a key point of liaison between the operational team and senior management, supporting performance, process improvement and a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations during the late shift
Organise and allocate workloads to team members
Motivate, coach and support team performance
Address team queries and resolve workplace issues where appropriate
Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture
Act as a liaison between operational teams and management
Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback
Identify operational process improvements and implement changes
Carry out toolbox talks and safe working procedure briefings
Maintain accurate production and operational reports
Ensure safe loading and unloading of vehicles
Ensure materials are stored safely and in accordance with site procedures
Report incidents, hazards or concerns via the Safety Culture app
Secure the site at the end of shift
What We’re Looking For:
Previous supervisory experience – advantageous
Strong organisational skills
Ability to motivate and support team members
Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
Understanding of health and safety requirements within a warehouse environment
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
