About The Role

We are looking for a reliable and physically capable Warehouse & Shipping Associate to support our manufacturing operations. This hands-on role is central to keeping our receiving, shipping, and internal logistics running smoothly. You'll be working directly with our operations team to ensure goods move efficiently and safely through our facility.

What You Will Do

• Load and unload delivery trucks, verifying shipments against packing slips and purchase orders

• Pack and unpack crates, boxes, and freight shipments, ensuring contents are handled with care and properly documented

• Prepare outbound shipments including boxing, crating, labelling, and palletizing goods to carrier standards

• Operate manual pallet jacks to safely move loaded pallets and heavy crates (up to 1,500 lbs) throughout the facility

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and shipping/receiving area

• Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety concerns to the operations team promptly

• Support light assembly, kitting, or packaging tasks as needed

• Support occasional local courier tasks, as needed

What We Are Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to perform physically demanding work, including regularly lifting and moving items of 50 lbs or more unassisted

• Experience operating manual pallet jacks; counterbalance or reach truck certification is an asset

• Strong attention to detail when handling and documenting shipments

• A mechanical background — such as experience in maintenance, equipment servicing, or a trades environment — is a significant asset and will be given preference

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills and a conscientious, safety-first attitude

• Bilingual: English and French

• Valid Quebec Drivers license & clean driving record

• Working Conditions:

• Work involves regular heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Must be comfortable working near operating machinery and following all safety protocols
