Warehouse Resource Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage the warehouse to keep clean and tidy , organize the tools and manage the safety of the warehouse electricity, ensure the working environment of the warehouse is clean and tidy, and the materials in each area are stacked neatly and properly;  

Assemble servers on demand. Carefully prepare the goods to be shipped according to the process, and carry out the inspection and packaging of the goods in a standardized manner; 

According to the process carefully check and count the goods upon receipt, and make records. Do a usability test for used servers and server parts, ex. memories/ hard drives. 

Periodic count all materials in warehouse, Guarantee the accuracy of assets; 

Based on the weekly workload and task complexity, allocate tasks appropriately to maintain team efficiency and minimize errors. 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of warehouse management experience, and one year of server maintenance experience, or equivalent experience and education, Over one year of experience leading teams of three or more individuals;  

Must be self-motivated, pay attention to details, proactive, serious and responsible, professional; 

Have a comprehensive knowledge of server, server OS, network device, copper, fiber, module. Understand the troubleshooting approach for server hardware. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Any Server, OS, Network or data center certifications. 

Fluent in Mandarin and English (listen, speak, read and write).
